We recognize that few roles require the same set of skills, so we’ve designed recruitment processes that are unique to each position. However, most generally follow a similar four stage format, seen below. It’s important to us that you choose us as much as we choose you, so we have built in time for you to learn what you need to make an informed decision.

Intro Call

First Interview

Meet colleagues from your business area to see if you would be interested in joining their team

Final Interview

This can take the form or a presentation or a meeting with colleagues from other business areas, often including a member of our executive team

LOCATIONS

LYTT started in London, but as we continue to solve global challenges, our team is becoming increasingly distributed. Each job description will say where the role is based, though we’re big fans of flexible working.

Remote first

We trust our people to decide to base themselves where they do their best work, so we have a ‘remote first’ approach to the office. This means that most meetings are scheduled so that participants from across the world can attend in a remote, compatible set up. We do however value in-person connection and plan regular team meetings in our London office for our UK-based employees to attend.

We also provide all team members with an allowance to ensure they have a safe and ergonomic home-working set up.

We have a beautiful, human-centric space in central London that is welcoming and engaging, with a focus on encouraging safety and collaboration. This space includes an on-site barista, gym, rooftop terrace, oxygen room, parental spaces, prayer rooms, sit-stand desks and plenty of space to collaborate.
