Stephen is an Operating Partner at Launchpad, bp’s venture scaling organisation. He has 22 years of experience in energy and is chair of two other companies. He has also been a founding trustee of two charities.
Shaun leads strategic talent, people and culture projects to scale start-ups. Prior to joining LYTT, Shaun provided counsel to founding & executive teams in the energy sector in the UK and Australia. He holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of London.
With over three decades of experience in technology leadership, Bruce’s career has centered on scaling up disruptive businesses in med tech and analytics. He will help shape and deliver LYTT’s next stage of development.
Prior to co-founding LYTT, Prad worked at bp for six years as an upstream data scientist. He holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, MPhil Nanotechnology from the University of Cambridge.
John is a serial tech entrepreneur with 4 startups and 4 exits. He wrote a book and a blog on disruptive technology, is an occasional contributor to The Economist and has been a Senior Advisor to McKinsey and Company since 2015.
Siobhan has extensive venture capital scaling and investment experience and is passionate about bringing together people and ideas into executable plans that really work. Her heart is in solving complexity and unlocking human potential to build new futures.

Tim is an accomplished technology executive with extensive global oil & gas experience. He is responsible for executing LYTT’s ambitious go-to-market strategy and for expanding the customer base that receives significant value from LYTT’s innovative software and analytics solutions.
Pedro’s professional journey has focused on data analytics and visualization, Big Data, Machine Learning and Industrial IoT. In joining LYTT, he will direct our development teams in architecting, building and delivering our innovative software solutions.
